The ninja hand sign above is JIN (進). Jin represents the sun but also self awareness and the thoughts & feelings of others.

Above it sits the throat chakra; our self expression, communication & truth. With the light of the sun your mind will be blessed.

In this shrine of light repeat the mantra below and the chaos of the world will dissipate.
