People view the artwork through the window and scan a QR code to purchase.
Sales are completed online through the Lionize website, nobody enters the space.
WATCH YOUR MONEY TREE GROW

LEAF OR LEAVES?
Lionize has been designed to be mobile and only requires a minimum of 48hrs written notice to relocate.
We have the flexibility to work around your plans with the agility to uninstall the display quickly.
SIMPLE ACTIVATION
Lionize does not hold keys, sign a lease or move in, we only enter the space briefly with yourself or the designated property agent.
A simple agreement for a temporary window display is all that is needed and has no impact on leasing activity.
CONTINUE TO WATER OR UPROOT?
If an artwork sells, you always have the option to feature a new display or to stop and we will relocate.
The benefit of continuing is that your profit share may increase with multiple artwork sales in the vacancy period.

Ideal commercial properties for Lionize are in high-volume pedestrian areas so cross pollination can take place.
We provide incentives for bees to swarm the hive but there should also be a active colony already flying around the location.
PEST CONTROL
Your property remains in the same condition before and after an installation, ready for new tenants.
We may request to conduct light maintenance such as washing a window or sweeping but that only leaves it looking better.
PICKING THE FRUIT
Lionize assumes all responsibility of the exhibited artwork with the necessary insurance.
As the artwork is a window display only, customers cannot enter the property and "swipe apples from the orchard".
